Just recently I celebrated a huge milestone — 6 months (half a year!!) of eating fully raw vegan! Gosh! When you eat a lot of something, you want to make sure you’re consuming the best quality whole food ingredients possible. And ice cream is one of those foods that I’m sure will always be a staple in my diet. I’ve just wrapped up my 10-day smoothie cleanse and wow, can’t believe how fast the whole thing flew by! Lately I’ve been feeling the need to cleanse. I’ve noticed the tell-tale signs coming on… craving more sleep and feeling fatigued by the end of the day, lower energy than usual, and the urge to fill up on loads of colour and leafy green goodness.
