It means being grateful for what you have.
Even in tough situations, there is gratitude to be found.
It means choosing uncertainty over boredom, taking risks, and facing fears in order to grow.
It means eating the foods that give back to your body.
It means living in alignment with who you are and not trying to be anyone else.
It means taking care of your emotions, mind, and spirit in addition to your physical body.
We are not just what we eat but what we think and feel as well.
