Yet for so many of us, living this way feels like a distant dream.

I know it was that way for me. For many years I desperately wished to be feeling good in my body and mind on a regular basis. I wished I could have a more passion-filled life and move beyond all the negativity, the self-doubt, the frustration. I felt lost and lifeless. I knew it wasn’t great to be feeling this way but I couldn’t figure out how to rise above it all. I had no idea what it felt like to thrive.

This 3-5 month Coaching Mentorship is for you if you’d like to learn all the secrets to feeling your very best and mastering your energy.

The following is a breakdown of what this mentorship program looks like each month:

Month One: Your Wellness Foundation

In order to be feeling our best, we need to have rituals and practices in place that get us THRIVING. Therefore, in this first month, we’ll be setting you up with a strong and vibrant foundation to build off of. We’ll discuss your health goals, what issues are coming up for you, and formulate an action plan for the coming months.

This first month will likely be focused primarily on food, diet and eating habits (though this is not set in stone). We’ll spend time setting you up with a daily routine and wellness rituals that feel blissful and supportive. I will share with you a plethora of food tips, strategies, resources, and recipes to help you create the diet and eating habits that work and feel best for YOU. We’ll also spend this time honing in on where you’re at energetically. I’ll be tuning in and using my intuition to get a sense of what shifts need to be made as well as what areas are most in need of being addressed to transform your health.

Month Two: Getting in Tune

Energy is everything. In month two we’ll be getting into the juicy stuff – diving deeper into the energetic blocks that have been keeping you stuck. As we further solidify the work we’ve started in month one, we’ll also work on releasing any patterns that are no longer needed. We’ll dive into the chakra system, start clearing out blockages, and strengthening your intuition. You’ll learn how to hear your body’s inner messages and also how to address blocks on the spot so they don’t build up in the body.

This is a really fun month that’s focused on getting you more in tune with yourself and your body. During this time we’ll focus on any health challenges you have and start exploring what else is behind them. If you’re new to meditation, I’ll be working with you a lot in this area – helping you set up a regular practice that feels nourishing and easy. I’ll share with you the tools that I utilise to shift my state and get myself feeling radiant and energised on a daily basis. Prepare for some BIG shifts to start happening this month!

Month Three: Uplifting + Strengthening

Now that some big blocks have started clearing out, we can work on building and strengthening your energy and mindset so you feel even more empowered. Month three will be all about further uplifting your energy and vibrations – we’ll address any areas that still are presenting challenge regarding health, food, diet, selfcare, etc and delve deeper as needed. We’ll also tackle any life situations that arise and I’ll show you how to deal with various bumps and blocks in the road.

If you’re enrolled in the 3-month program, in this month we’ll be wrapping up our time together and solidifying your personal ‘wellness toolbox’ so that you have everything you need to continue supporting your health and wellbeing. We’ll get you prepped on the right path so that no matter what comes your way, you have numerous wellness tools to move you through with ease, grace and clarity.

Months Four + Five: Life Coaching // Dreams + Goals

If you’re enrolled in the 5-month program, these last two months will likely be focused beyond health and wellbeing (though again, it depends on where you’re at personally). By now you’ll be glowing and these final two months are all about honing in on where to direct all this newfound energy.

What are you passionate about? What big dreams and goals do you have for yourself? Maybe you’re craving to travel the world or transition to a totally new career. It’s ok if you’re still not quite sure – during this time we’ll be discussing topics like career, dreams & goals, relationship, money, travel, and how to use your wellbeing as a springboard to attract the right jobs, opportunities, and people into your life. I will share with you many of my own personal stories, tips, and life coaching strategies in these areas that really helped me get to where I wanted to be and discover what I’m here to do. We’ll continue supporting your health while we align your energy with the dreams and goals you have for yourself. These last two months are full of BIG shifts and changes!

once a week for 3 months // 12 sessions in total
